Volunteer for a readability test

Use this form to volunteer for a patient information readability test (user test).
 
These tests help make the leaflets that come with a medicine more reader friendly. All you have to do is read the leaflet and answer some simple questions, whilst referring to it. We will pay £10 for your expenses and can arrange to test at a convenient location. The whole process takes about 30 minutes.
 
Tell your friends! If you can get a group of people  together (preferably groups of 10) we will come and do the test at your work, social club, charity or church. Its a great way to raise money for a charity.
